MWC Barcelona 2022 was held from February 28th to March 3rd in Barcelona, Spain. Our research representative has attended both MWC Barcelona 2022 and 2019. Of course, two events are totally different due to the pandemic.
MWC Barcelona 2019 was held before the pandemic. As a result, more than one hundred thousand people all over the world had attended the event. However, COVID-19 has changed one of the most influential trade shows. MWC Barcelona 2020 was cancelled and 2021 was postponed from the end of February to the end of June.
The number of attendees in 2021 was 20 thousand and it would be more than 50 thousand in 2022. It is true that the number is still far from pre-pandemic level, but MWC Barcelona 2022 is a quite interesting.
