Our research representative attended Central Florida International Auto Show in Orlando, Florida in December 2022. There were several things in the event that made him impressive. One of them was Toyota’s presentation that tried to show its concept, which was “Mobility For All”.
Like North American International Auto Show, Toyota explained “Mobility For All” concept by 15 minutes presentation. It included some short movies and one of the movies introduced Toyota’s initiatives. They were i-Road, LQ and Micro Pallet.
For example, “LQ” is a concept vehicle that leverages advanced technology to build an emotional bond between car and its driver. It is the next generation of the Toyota “Concept-i”, which is a concept vehicle first exhibited at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show.
LQ is equipped with automated driving capabilities and “Yui,” a powerful artificial intelligence-powered interactive agent. The agent is designed to learn from the driver and deliver a personalized mobility experience.
