Sony and Honda released joint press release about their strategic alliance in mobility field in March 2022.
Sony Group Corporation, commonly known as Sony and stylized as SONY, is a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation. As a major technology company, it operates as one of the world’s largest manufacturers of consumer and professional electronic products. Also, the Japanese technology giant is the largest video game console company and the largest video game publisher.
Honda Motor Company, Ltd., commonly known as Honda, is a Japanese public multinational conglomerate manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles and others. Honda has been the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturer since 1959. In fact, the company had reached a production of 400 million by the end of 2019. In addition, it is the world’s largest manufacturer of internal combustion engines measured by volume. For example, it has been producing more than 14 million internal combustion engines each year.
