Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021. The company is based on the basis of a 50–50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and the French PSA Group.
The company will double the share of full-electric models built in France. Its CEO, Carlos Tavares, referred this plan at the Paris auto show. Full-electric models include the e-308, future 3008 and 5008 models, and an as-yet-unannounced Citroen SUV model. The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, is also thinking that the country prioritizes to increase EV sales and infrastructure. In fact, France would raise EV incentives for lower-income families to 7,000 euros from 6,000.
