Togg, or Turkey’s Automobile Joint Venture Group Inc. is a Turkish automotive company founded as a joint venture in 2018. The company is planning to sell its vehicles in 2023. The companies and organizations that decided to work together to produce domestic cars in Turkey. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced this in November 2017. For this purpose, Turkey’s Car was launched on June 25, 2018. Anadolu Group (19%), BMC (19%), Kök Group (19%), Turkcell (19%), Zorlu Holding (19%) and TOBB (5%) participated the project at the time. As a result, Turkey’s Automobile Joint Venture Group Inc. was established.
